Contact the administrator above your role to verify your identity and receive a temporary password.

• Store Manager: contact your brand’s Tenant Admin.
• Tenant Admin: contact your Platform Admin.
• Platform Admin: contact the system operator through your organization’s established support channel.

Provide your work email and brand or store name. Never share your existing password.

1. Receive the temporary password privately from your administrator.
2. Sign in with your work email and temporary password.
3. Choose a different new password of 12 to 128 characters before entering the workspace.

Resetting your password signs out your previous sessions.
